George V English Sterling Silver Topped Sugar Shaker

This is a charming George V sugar caster/shaker and the body is made with etched glass and the top is English Sterling Silver and carries hallmarks for 1911.  The top of the glass body has a thread moulded into it to allow the lid to be screwed on.  The silver lid has been pierced through to allow the sugar granules to be sifted through.  A perfect accompaniment for strawberries and cream.  It has some minor dents commensurate with its age.
